I can't say enough positive things. Living in NJ and having a home inspection in Florida is challenging enough but they made it simple and were quick to answer all my questions and concerns. The report itself was nothing short of spectacular. it was comprehensive, easy to read and covered everything from the roof down to the bottom. I was able to make an educated decision on all the information provided. We will be using them again in the very near future as this home did not meet our expectations....

Was referred to willing from an insurance broker that didn't even work in this area but heard good things, he was extremely responsive and honest about his timing. We couldn't get it done right away but was easy to communicate with and made it there when he said he could. Fair pricing with quality service, can't beat it. I'm a developer, property manager and realtor, would definitely recommend Wes and his team!

Our Insurance Agent informed us we needed a wind mit and 4 point home inspection to get a better Insurance rate. Called Wes and he was out super fast (within an hour) and completed the required inspections. Wes was very informative, professional, and polite. Pricing was also very fair especially when you have such promptness. He sent the Inspections to us within 24 hours and I saved 2k on my Home Insurance! Thank You Wes, you ROCK!

We're new to the West Coast. We didn't know anybody to refer Home Inspectors to us. We're sure glad our Agent recommended Wes. He was extremely thorough, punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. His affordable report was the tool we utilized to separate our "needs" from our "wants" in our first rental unit. Best of all, we were able to use his inspection as leverage to negotiate a lower price. I have no doubt that the Seller's Agent didn't even know about several items until Wes' report was completed. Thank you for looking out for us Wes!
