I wasn't that impressed. I have been going to Chiropractors for 30 yrs I have always have gotton a 5 minute massage to loosen the muscles wasn't for the same price I didn't get adjusted very well going to try a differnt place. I told him i have knot in the back he said it was a bone well i used to be a massage therapist and a bone doesnt move back and forth it was a muscle protecting the nerve.

Wow First visit for my adjustment went well and was relieved with Dr. Cayrn. Second visit, same issue, not relieved, mentioned to her that I did'nt feel the alignment happen, which I always do. Left that day with no relief and headaches still persued. Went back three days later and mentioned to receptionist that I wanted to have a different Chiropractor do the adjustment as I was looking for relief. Dr. Tony did the adjustment. After not being able to do the adjustment on my stomach, he asked me to turn on my back where the magic happend and I was adjusted and headaches gone in a couple of hours. I did explain to Dr. Tony the history of being there a couple days before, left with no relief and this is why I was seeing a different chiropractor. When I saw Dr. Cayrn, she only tried to adjust my misalignment with me on my stomach and never on my back when the first attempt on my stomach did not work. I thanked Dr. Tony for the adjustment and left. The Next day I get a call from an irate woman named Deanna who said she was the manager and told me I am no longer welcome back at the Fort Myers location and she was also banning me from Cape Coral and the Naples location for being rude to Dr. Tony and saying the place was a joke, neither of those scenarios took place. She also accused me of trying to reverse the charges with my bank which never happened, the visit was paid for. I was going back and forth with an angry, loud woman, where I barely could get a word in edge wise. Wow, seriously. What an experience. The behavior and actions at this Fort Myers location will happen again and again as the patients well being is not the first priority. I called and left a message about the incident with the corporate office, and no response.
