Used this service to and from Captiva and had a great experience both ways. Drivers were courteous and prompt, very pleasant to chat with as well. Cars were clean and comfortable. Was traveling with a child, so didn't want to leave my trip to Uber. Easy to schedule trip back as well. Can't imagine what the bad reviews are about. Would certainly use them again. Highly recommend.

They forgot to pick us up. After 20 minutes we called them, but they told us they don’t have a driver. It took in total 1 hour to get picked up. After that we were in real hurry to get our flight. But at least the driver we had was a very nice guy.
