Amazing experience. I planned a wedding from MN through this venue. They communicated well, assured me everything would be great when I arrived, and boy were they right. I rented the chalets and venue for a weekend wedding with family from all over. We didn't have to deal with one hiccup. The day went flawlessly and I owe it all to the team here. Beautiful people. If you are going to Pipestem, this is the place to stay. The Chalets are very nice and you are nearby the park, shopping and everything you need for a nice visit.

The prices are fair, the staff is fanominal and the rentals are amazing. This was a very special 10 year anniversary and the trip with the hospitality are second to none. Thank you all for your time!

Please do not give this raging psycho lady any of your money. The owner has no self-control and will threaten to call police if you bring a dog to these "pet-friendly" chalets. She has no capacity to cordially negotiate through a *very simple* misunderstanding of her own genesis and apparently hates her life enough to try and bring others down with her. Also poor air conditioning and it smelled funky upon our arrival. We will continue our annual retreat somewhere (anywhere) else and give repeat business to a respectable business owner. 1 star is 1 too many.
