Yes you do. The only way around that is if you have a child with you they don't need a license or book a charter trip.

There is more than one Trail. You should be able to go online to Mount Dora Parks and Recreation site to see a map.
The lights are always turned on the Saturday after Thanksgiving approximately 6pm.
