Came here as a +1, and place was nice! Everything seemed clean and kept up with. Didnt feel judged at all, but I personally just felt awkward working out after a good while 😅

They have the total body light sauna. It uses non uv beauty lights and has some exercise programs. Great for some vitamin d and toxin removal. Also used to recover quicker from injury.
