This is a fun and well maintained mtb trail. Some areas are challenging and you'll get a nice workout taking several routes. The wooden boardwalk can be slippery the day after a rain so.. be careful and test ride at the head of the trail before embarking on to the trail.

There is now an amazing bike shop a short ride to the south. Adrenaline Bike Works. This place is awesome and you can rent all kinds of bikes there at really affordable prices, including top of the line Norco demo bikes.
You cannot walk on the bike trail but it is mingled with other trails in the woods, including a really cool looking frisbee golf course that it crosses a few times. If you're a walker, take out a few frisbees and try that course. The bike trail is not very long but it is a lot of fun
Great trail for beginners, just take it slow.
The trails are primarily for bikes but there is a disc golf course that can be walked. Walking the bike trails isn't very safe because if a rider is at full speed and you're on the other side of a blind turn there could be an unavoidable nasty collision
