That I don't know. I m sorry I know they have a fb page I moved and don't go to Mount Dora as often I just can't remember the name Again I'm sorry I believe the main purpose is bike trail so possibly if google bike trail in Mt Dora hopefully will come up for you

Slowest time is after 11:30 am to about 5:00 pm. Somewhat depends on the time of year and how hot it is.
It's open 24 hours, but no lights at night. Most people are there from 8-11ish in the mornings. Afternoons depend on how warm it is outside.
