Please look at the recent reviews. My daughter moved in this facility a few weeks ago. The experience has been horrible. As a parent I have had to get involved and still lack of response. They are unable to track and keep up with maintenance issues. Unhealthy conditions not be responded to. If you are considering moving in I would recommend speaking to current tenants. 9/12/2022 In response to owner's reply... A response insinuating that expectations were a same-day response is not accurate. We, in-fact have been waiting weeks on washer/dryer issues and clogged rain issues. Also the issues are not handled as stated. I have documentation of dates and times that concerns were called in to the office. I can certainly present those is needed. What would be better than responding and minimizing concerns I, as well as many others have with your establishment is to take ownership and fix the issues and response times. I have numerous student issues discussions of situations that are not being handled timely. I understand lack of labor but some accountability needs to take place on behalf of The Reef. I would suggest taking care of these matters as the next escalation will be via media to show the concern of many students in your facility.

The Reef student living is "Home away from Home". Tristin Albright was wonderful throughout the entire rental process. She was knowledgeable and always quick to respond when there were any questions. In fact, when Tristin contacted Maintenance to address an issue in my son's room, they quickly responded and took care of it. Thanks for all your help thus far. I know I have left my son in a great location. He is looking forward to his stay at the REEF.

Lived here for 3 years, little to say there are ups and downs. The proximity and price point to campus is an excellent value. Maintenance staff is very helpful and prompt. The office staff is reasonable at times and typically helpful. Issues with mail will come up that is just how it is when so many people live in one place. All of the mail gets delivered to the office and they have to log it in their system. Due to the volume and lack of staff at times you might not be able to pick up your package for 2-3 days. If it is medication they will make an exception and look for it for you. Expect the pool to be closed at times, the grills are dirty, college kids don't clean well its not the staffs fault with how property is treated. Parking can be a nightmare, pay for a reserved spot! It will save you so much head ache in the long run. Lastly when you move in be as detailed as possible with the yellow oops form they provide. Upon move out they will hit you with charges for minor cleaning, and anything else they can find. Our blinds they charged us for due to damage. The apartments are only completely turned if more than 2 people move out. Ours has not been completely turned in 5 years... With that being said its definitely an experience to say the least. I do not believe so, they are mainly student housing. Apts could be better and better maintained. Owners dont care much probably.
Monthly per person well worth it great place
You have to be a student and I don't think there is a requirement about whether it is an online school. Though The Reef really caters specifically for FGCU students
