DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR STUFF THERE. Worst experience of my life. My items were to be picked up on 8/28 and you personally told me in an email you would extend it until 8/31. You were very quick to state that "a decorator" must of picked them up. How can a decorator pick up items that did not belong to her or you for that matter. YOU KNEW that I was coming back into town to pick up my things and furthermore you even told me that my items were extended into your computer system for 3 additional months. Lastly you were quick to advise me that your store is not responsible for consignment items. How someone can steal a leather ottoman, picture frames, sculpture is insane and YOUR REPLY TO THIS GOOGLE REVIEW IS A LIE. It is not unreasonable for me to expect to pick up my consigned items. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it's a duck.
