Xfinity's internet service was very worthwhile, and I would be inclined to recommend it to others, if it were not for Xfinity's predatory customer treatment. I canceled services over a month ago due to moving to an area outside of Xfinity service zone. Despite spending over 3 hours on phone calls and chats with Xfinity, I continue to be billed for *canceled* services. I do not know if the error is in the billing department, customer help, technical, or elsewhere. Xfinity was great to work with while I wanted services with them. They have been an absolute nightmare since my first call to cancel. The customer representatives are very pleasant to speak to, but there is a glitch somewhere that results in me being continually charged for services I no longer have or want. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are not 100% confident you will never want to end your services at any point in your life.

We can't talk to customers service we always have to go to the store that's bull s___.

Xfinity is horrible. They will drain your wallet and use hours of your time just to get the service you paid for. A tech store with ALL their monitors: "Something's not quite right, make sure cable connections are tightly secured, unplug from electrical outlet, wait 10 seconds" If that's not a Red Flag. It doesn't get any better when you are a customer. Call Frontier.

Tried calling to set up my cable and it was a headache, tried online, still didn't work. Went in an was out with my cable box in 5 mins. Very satisfied.

Phone no for xfinity at the university Sarasota mall
No you don't
Yes you can
You gotta call the call the main xfinity mobile #. The store does not have a phone #. All the ppl there have there own individual phones to work off of. There's not a local #. So otherwise you have to go to the store.
It depends on what you want but one of their good sport packages cost $10 extra
Yes, google Xfinity appointment University Parkway, Bradenton, fl
Because they're dishonest.
Yes u can
No not worth the 💰 neu
go to store
U have to call or check online. I doubt they'll be closed.
It makes it so much easier if you go to xfinity .com and schedule an appt. When I got there for my appt I got in quickly..in front of quite a few that walked in without appts.
I feel you, and yes they are open till 7 pm.
The reception desk will handle it quickly.
Does anyone know the local phone number NOT the 800 number. Thanks
Combined with the more than 500 XFINITY stores, Comcast customers have access to over 8,000 cash payment locations across the country. With most 7-Eleven stores open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, cash-paying customers now have an around-the-clock option to pay their bills close to home
Xfinity do not have customer service through google maps. Return to sender, unknown at this address is better solution.
they have a contract with UPS just drop it there n they'll pack and ship it for you
8 a.m.
No you must call the customer service #. I tried last year to get a direct # and they said there was not one.
Unlikely, but try calling. They may have a recording.
there is a phone number on your bill for Xfinity. Call them and change the credit card with them. Just be sure you get the name of the person to whom you are speaking and note the date you called and the time you called. In these days you can't be too careful. Good luck honey have a good day
Call them directly

Hey Faye, all sales are different for each customer based on tenure, it's best to call and speak to an agent who can tell you what your account qualifies for. :)
I agree with David & Carl. University Pkwy in Sarasota
I'm sorry to hear you have to have some time in the hospital. All the best wishes to you. If you are asking because of the cost, I understand well!! I have asked the same question when I go out of town visiting my children in the summer months for a total of 1.5 months... Comcast does have a "Vacation/ Snow bird type rate", BUT it is a minimum OFF service for 3 months... BUT you STILL have to pay for the "Equipment Rental fees", etc." - Cable boxes, DVRs... etc. So, personally as much as a hardship that is (because in the summer I am an unemployed caterer - no tourists this year w/ red tide!!) I utilize the XFINITY WiFi available as a customer & use it to stream & grab WiFi, AND! all the movies available On Demand from my laptop Anywhere my travels take me. So I know it still hurts the pocket, but that is a small plus. & if you could have short term disability (just saying) like AFLAC, they help you along that hospital stay. I got it 4that reason. Take care
Sounds like it's time for a new box
Good luck with free, they have them, but not sure if it's free
