I'm sorry to hear you have to have some time in the hospital. All the best wishes to you. If you are asking because of the cost, I understand well!! I have asked the same question when I go out of town visiting my children in the summer months for a total of 1.5 months... Comcast does have a "Vacation/ Snow bird type rate", BUT it is a minimum OFF service for 3 months... BUT you STILL have to pay for the "Equipment Rental fees", etc." - Cable boxes, DVRs... etc. So, personally as much as a hardship that is (because in the summer I am an unemployed caterer - no tourists this year w/ red tide!!) I utilize the XFINITY WiFi available as a customer & use it to stream & grab WiFi, AND! all the movies available On Demand from my laptop Anywhere my travels take me. So I know it still hurts the pocket, but that is a small plus. & if you could have short term disability (just saying) like AFLAC, they help you along that hospital stay. I got it 4that reason. Take care
Comcast has vacation and seasonal disconnect services, but you need to ask them . They can do this at the x-finity store or possibly by calling the no. on your bill. I think if your hospital stay is not too long it might not be worth the trouble. Call x-finity.
Im not sure but you can call 1800 xfinity they will help you.
