Go to the store
You should be able to order one through your account online, on the app, or by calling them. You'll continue to be charged for your old remote until you drop it off. You do not need an appointment to do that.
Take your old one to the store
They should give you one at the store, or you can go online to your Xfinity account and chat for help.
