If I could give 0 starts I would have. Front desk staff are not friendly at all. They refused to do cleaning for me and they charge me so much even with insurance, while other dentists out there are nicer and never charge me that much. Will never go back there again!

The front desk gals are ALL super friendly, helpful and I never wait long I mean 5 mins or less. The techs are also very nice and informative. Dr. Ma is awesome!! I’ve had a LOT of dental work since I was a child and I’ve never had such pain free procedures! She’s quick and knowledgeable but also gentle and friendly. They always give me an estimate before my procedure and show what I will pay out of pocket and what my insurance will cover. They’re amazing! Best ever! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! <3 I’ve been 4 times in 2 weeks (Covid caused me to not see a dentist for years) and I’ve recommended my husband see her this week.

Actually if there’s a zero star i will choose it..My appointment was canceled due to their fault and they set up a new schedule again where its in their comfort regardless if it will affect your schedule for work, when i said im not available coz i have work but they said they dont have available. When they fix my denture they said it’ll be done by the same day and im waiting the whole day for their call but unfortunately i didn’t recieve and later i found out that the denture will not be fix by the same day i need to wait fir another day. The problem is it affect my work in the next day and and i did not prepare that my dentures will not be fix due to how can i eat. They said its only a day

This was my second visit. So, I checked in, sat and waited for not so long. Then was called and went into my designated area for a few minutes and after answering a few questions about my tooth situation, the endodontist doctor came in and ask me a few questions about my tooth and so forth. My tooth X-rays were already up on the monitor for me to see up close and personal. He detailed the area of concern which I could see in the X-rays. My previous concern was tooth #14 which was suggested I had to get a root canal and then a crown. Upon this visit, the doctor gave me some kind of test to see if I feel any kind of pain to hot and cold. I felt nothing. To make it short, he suggested that I come back for him to clean tooth #15 which may also need a root canal and crown. And also tooth #18 is a possible root canal and crown. My tooth #14 is on hold since I don't have any kind of pain at this moment. All in all, I am very happy for the service that I received. No complaints at all. The staff was great. When it came to a billing question with my insurance, they were very helpful to tell me what's covered or not. This office I went to is in Tukwila. It was only a 20-minute drive from home through the freeway. No traffic at all. I would recommend going to this place if you need any kind of dental work. **5-stars**

Yes we do, we can perform in house 3D scans of your jaw eliminating having to be referred out to a radiologist.
