I left my driver's license and credit card on the counter at this location's reception counter (I drove to the wrong Courtyard in the area). They kindly informed me that theres another location nearby. When I arrived to the correct Courtyard in the area for check-in I realized my ID and CC were still on the counter at this location. I was just about to drive back to retrieve both items when someone stopped me in the parking lot and asked if I had left these (my ID and CC) at their location earlier. The wonderful lady from reception, I'm so sad I can't recall her name, DROVE my license and card over for me!! At 10pm at night, being from CDT zone, that was literally the nicest and most incredible thing ever!! 11/10 the staff here are amazing!!

Room has everything but safe. Sofabed seems adequate for 1 adult or 2 children. Otherwise, comfort level is high. Airport shuttle is Courtyard’s shuttle & not an independent shuttle. Airport is 10 minutes away. Small gym with some aerobic machines & dumbbells for free weights. Never made to indoor pool & whirlpool since only couple nights. Mall 10 minutes walking away.

Standard courtyard hotel. Terrible night though. To start, got off the plane and tried to check in on the Marriott app. Suddenly, my reservation was gone and it said it had been canceled by the hotel. So I had to spend 10 mins on the phone running through the airport trying to get through to the front desk to find out what was going on. They said I still had a reservation and in fact I had been “upgraded” to a bigger room. Well in doing that they deleted my reservation, making me not able to mobile check in and causing a panic of trying to find a new place to stay. I’ll also have to go through the process of getting it added back to my Bonvoy account so love that extra work for me. Maybe staff need more training on how to do that properly. Bed was so squeaky that I couldn’t move without making noise. Typically in a hotel I run the AC fan on low continuous to block out hall noise. They have disabled that feature so the air going on and off all night and the slamming doors kept waking me up. The bed faces the window so if you want the curtain open to let in a little light instead of total black- expect to wake up to light in your eyes. Above the bed the smoke alarm light was blinking very bright all night. The pull out couch ended up being more comfortable than the bed. And just a reminder for those that might not know. On weekends, courtyards tend to fill up with youth sports teams. So the hallway noise is a LOT (especially with thin doors). Pro: the shower had hood pressure and was warm right away. The products in the shower smelled nice too. It’s very close to the airport and near a lot of food and shopping options. I won’t stay here again, but it’s good for the sports teams and families probably.

This hotel is in a great place. It is close to the airport and offers an airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and offered us the shuttle to the mall, which is close by. It is exceptionally clean and very new looking. As a travel agent, I was impressed with the property and the staff. I will definitely recommend it to my clients who may be visiting Seattle.
