I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE at this bank on Saturday at 11am because it said it opens at 10am. Got here this morning and no one is here. A bunch of people are here waiting as well. So unreliable!!!!

They only ever have 1 teller. The line is always out the door. They have other personal bankers walking around with tablets asking to deposit checks but can’t get behind the counter to help the other 14 people in line. This is a long standing issue not just 1 bad visit.

I just waited 45mins for convert cash to only be told all the workers here are all temporary and the manager is not a full manager yet. Worst service possible

Recently visited them for a notary service and the financial advisor that helped us were amazing. We had a problem with one of the documents and they were happy to get an updated copy in email and print it for us!!!!
