We appologize you are upset by our 'We love our residents' resident event. It is only from 4-7 and we do them only once or twice a month for our residents to get together and maybe make some friends. We notify our residents at least 2 weeks in advance. We would love to see you attend and have some fun with our food truck and music!
I don't know about short term rental, the apartment are not for sale
They have different floor plans from 1-3 bedrooms... So call or stop by for more specific info
