Pulled up to the drive thru at 10pm. Sat there for about 5 min, nothing... they close at 11pm.

Ordered thru the app on my lunch break. I get there and tell them through the drive thru and they tell me to go to the window.i get to the window and was told the mobile order system was down and that they had to call to verify. I told them I had a confirmation from the app and a notification from my credit card the payment went through. They told me it would be 5 minutes. Fine. So I waited for almost 10 minutes mind you I have a 30 minute lunch. I told them to cancel the order they said they cannot I had to do it on the app. You cannot cancel once the order is complete fyi. Finally they asked what I ordered and gave it to me with no sorry for the inconvenience like I was bothering them. That was my last visit there.

Terrible service. Waited 20 mins to get my order taken. Avoid this location like the plague.

Terrible management. Diana the manager knew I had a coupon and beonca saw it and the app glitches and it disappeared along with my points. They made me wait for 30 mins with no results. The manager did nothing to fix the mistake. This place needs better managers.
