So I ordered a chicken sandwich and as you can see my bread was extra toasted, the chicken was super dry it looked old and the fries where so burned they looked brown. They had no napkins, no ketchup nothing for you to get you had to ask for everything.

Slow get orders wrong and sometimes they do not answer the drive thru so I went up to the window this morning employee's saw me and ignored me and the other 6 cars behind me thanks McDonald's

These kids are going to run the place into the ground. Every time I go (which isn’t often), I greet them- they do not greet, I say thank you - they close the window on my face without saying anything. They are so rude and have a way of being rude to even the most unproblematic customers.. I literally give them nothing but smiles and they are always so rude and have no customer service whatsoever. I never write reviews but this McDonald’s is always screwing up food, either overcooking fries, putting your food together sloppily or missing items. I won’t return here again .. as someone who worked for McDonald’s as a teen I can’t believe how downhill the expectations have gone but some of them need to be trained again. They can’t even take orders properly without being confused.

I’m absolutely disgusted. I have been going to this McDonald’s for a few months and have not experienced this before (to my knowledge). I open my meal and see someone has taken a bite out of my food and placed it in the box. When calling the general manager she simply stated that can’t happen here because we don’t allow our employees to eat while they work on the food line. When asked how they could possibly keep an eye on their employees at all times to see if they take a bite out of food she said she’s constantly watching them. That is not the case obviously. I told her I don’t want a refund and don’t have time to return my food because I’m only given an hour break with 20min of that time spent commuting. She said she will check the cameras and apologized, but did not seem genuine. I want what everyone else wants, health guidelines put in place, especially during a pandemic. This is ridiculous and everyone should reconsider eating at this McDonald’s.
