Terrible experience! Asked for a sample of the Sweet Fire Chicken to be sure it was fresh and not mushy. I was told they no longer give samples. It was mushy, there were chunks of fat/cartilage; it was disgusting. I didn't even finish. My son was very excited that they just put out fresh chow mein noodles, until he ate a bite. He said they tasted very weird. Like someone cleaned the wok with soap & water and forgot to rinse it. Will not be returning.

Before this place was good now food right now isn't hot and fresh it was Luke warm and this place is dirty now and the fountain drinks no ice some of the soda is just water coming out we told the workers thy need to be changed and she said k and nvr did it and it's 6pm busy hour there not doin there part taking care of there customers and the girls just standing around in the corner on there phones and laughing.

This place is usually pretty good, but this is the second time went after work waited for fresh almond chicken & black pepper chicken. Got home this is what I got where's the chicken looks like they scraped the bottom of the bowl.

For the second time I did not receive the appetizer I ordered and the String Bean Chicken was so overcooked I couldn’t eat it. After calling four times and no one answering, I resolved to never eat there again.
