Rip off AT&T dealer. Rude and disrespectful. I bought a phone won’t let see the phone or open a box told me have to pay first then I can see it so I did. They gave me wrong model 13 pro I wanted pro max so they exchanged it and told me I will be credited for first one but they never did & now after 3 week I got bill for both phones. I called and talk to asst managers he said his name was Rafael may be lying and he was very rude. Told me I have to go to corporate store he can’t do anything. I told him I bought it from you guys & your sales person told me that she credited my credit card which she never did. Also after purchasing a phone I told Melinda sales person that I didn’t wanted any insurance or protection on my phone but she went a ahead and added it anyway without my knowledge what a scam. These people are Cellular World dealer bunch of scam artist and when you walk in it fells like you walk in to pawn shop. Then don’t even have a single phone on display. What kind of AT&T store is that where you can’t even see the phone before purchasing it. Go to a corporate store and never to a dealer of AT&T you will be disappointed and most likely ripped off.
