I was desperate at the time I moved in, had I known then what I know now I would have waited. The carpet was dirty, cracks in my kitchen and bathroom flooring tile. The grouting around my tub is coming up. I have put in 3 work orders for my stove because my oven burns everything and now only one burner works. My dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes, there will still be caked on food and I have to wash the dishes by hand. The vent hood doesn’t work. There are 2 outlets in the kitchen that doesn’t work. My neighbors next door is blasting music and partying at 11:30 at night during the week. People driving through the parking lot and playing the music so loud that it shakes my apartment. I have seen roaches and I keep a very clean apartment. I regret now moving into this apartment complex. They switch leasing agents and complex managers so much I can’t keep track. I might have to break my lease early because I hate it here & I really don’t care. Run from this place!!! They care more about the outside all the while the appliances are old and worn, paint is peeling, oh and I forgot to mention one more thing the water in my tub takes all day to drain.

The complex is infested with rats . And it's very stressful living in a place like this . They exterminated the building two months ago . And stil . There are rodents .

this complex is infested with rats. Up too hundred have been seen. I have a friend that lives here and is dealing with a rat problem. This has been an issue since at least November, as the office was notified of a hoarder. They did not notify the residents at all and now they are making their way to other apartments.
