I've lived here at Valencia for the last 3 1/2years and absolutely love the environment, management, and the maintenance staff is pretty good! 98% of the times a maintenance request is answered and completed within 24 hours of requesting. It's in a great area, quiet, great school zone and quick access to downtown Orlando. I love it here and so do my children, neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly if you ever get a chance to see any of them. Alicia the property manager is really good about anything that your bring to her attention! She is the absolute best I love the way that she responds to any little or big thing that you bring to her attention. That makes it hard to even think of leaving because it is hard to come by a great office staff.

DO NOT APPLY HERE. They will steal your money by keeping your application in hold permanently. They claim they will refund your holding fee if you are denied but even after speaking with an employee who denied my application in person with a signed document the manager changed it back to hold and refused the refund. After disputing the charge with my bank falsified information to claim it was never denied and that I was not owed money. This place is owned and operated by the greediest scum of the earth.

This was my first apartment complex ever. It’s a really good community very organized and the staff is very helpful. I’d like to give a big shout out to Alicia. She really is the best at what she does. She is super sweet, gets things done with Urgency and goes above and beyond.
