On August 4 we filed a report of theft of over $2000.00 and have yet to be contacted by anyone. This was not just an accusation there was plenty of video showing the crime. Guess they will get around to us eventually but if your looking for justice your pretty much gonna be disappointed.

It's not required for simply being arrested/detained. Reading of Miranda rights is only required when a person is in custody and is asked guilt seeking questions. Even if rights are not read when required, it doesn't void the arrest. Just likely the answers you provide to the questions asked could be suppressed in court.

You'd need to contact the Sheriff's Office during regular business hours, between Mon-Fri 8-5. Let them know you need a correction on a traffic citation.
Our church, Good Shepherd United Methodist in North Fort Myers, is interested in a panic button that would contact the Sheriff's office and send a squad car, is there such a thing? We visualize having one in the office and one in the pulpit.
