I brought my 12yo to check the place out. Staff and students are polite and welcoming. Coach Mike is very good at teaching technique and working your kid out hard! I highly recommend.

By far the best martial arts gym in the area for all levels and ages. Truly a great atmosphere and energy to be in. A team of individuals trying to help everyone grow. If you’re looking to compete the head coaches have many years of knowledge with a strong lineage. If you just wanna see what it’s like you’ll fall in love with it. I promise you won’t regret stopping in. The Fightzone social media is also extremely responsive if you have any questions .

Classes for kids are Mon - Fir start 6pm.I think there is kids classes on Sat. Adult classes Mon - Fri starts at 8pm. Sat at 11. On Mon it's boxing. Tues it's jujitsu. Weds it's boxing. Thurs it's jujitsu and Fri it's boxing. Sat it's jujitsu. If you need more info please reach out to coaches. Very family oriented since it's family own. Everyone feels like one family. My teenager girls love it !! We attend the 8pm session. They also offer other classes. Please reach out to the coaches for more info.
You can call anytime. They have kids class at 5:15pm 6pm is class age 7-13 and then teens and adults 7pm and 8pm
