Told I was in network , turns out I wasn’t but before I knew that I got a service for a root canal done & got charge out of pocket when I have insurance . They wanted me to pay upfront for services & and get reimbursed by my insurance company where it should have been them to get the pre-authorization from the insurance company to see how much the insurance covered & whatever they didn’t cover is what I would pay out of pocket. Think twice before going .

I would recommend this place to anyone! They are extremely friendly and I felt like my issues were actually being heard/fixed. I appreciate all of the info that was available for me and how clean the office was! I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past so I know how intimidating it can be. Enjoy the comfort of being somewhere you don’t have to worry!

The dentist at the practice was very kind and reassuring when I saw him at my initial visit. When I sat with the treatment coordinator, who outlined the work I needed done, it was extensive and not unexpected. What was unexpected was being told that I would owe $10,000 for the first visit. It included all the co-pays and out of pockets for a year's worth of treatments. Not realizing the first appointment was scheduled after telling the coordinator that I have never had to pay for all treatments at once at any prior dentist and that I would have to talk to my other half before making that commitment, I received a call to confirm the appointment. I called back to cancel the appointment and told them I was not coming back and was told "sounds good" in a very perky voice, like they didn't care if I was a patient there or not. There was no "what went wrong" or "what could we do to keep you as a patient" or anything of that nature. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
