I brought in my car after it totally died on me. Some type of electrical failure. Mikes was courteous from the start, even though AAA towed the car there and did not tell them (!!), they found it, and covered exposed open window from rain to prevent damage. Diagnostic was VERY thorough and VERY reasonably priced, and their recommendations were good. The overall price to repair was too high at this time for me, and then they arranged to have it towed back to me (not free, but ALSO reasonable) . Overall, this was a great experience, and they earned my trust with their quick and efficient responses to me. I plan on using them for all of my auto service needs.
