If you're a minority, you don't want to live here. If you have to for some reason , choose your neighborhood carefully. I have a documented 22 year history of racism and bias in pristine place. Easily the most unfriendly, and anti resident community I have lived in my 60 years. I've been treated radically different than non minorities, and I have a large group of people who share my demographics and major concerns.You have a large selection of communities in this area, choose one that doesn't discriminate, and actually puts money back into community upkeep. The facilities are inadequate, poorly equipped and never maintained...

Somewhat confused how someone or some people can throw shade at a community of 100’s of people. I live here and I absolutely love it. All HOA’s are a unique taste but one thing I will say is this HOA is strong and keeps getting stronger. Everything can use a little improvement. So for all those haters out there buy a house in here join the board and make it better. Otherwise you know the age old saying! Loving life in my Pristine Place. Cheers!
