Our two year stay was ok, except for the huge rent hikes every year. The apartment we rented started at 1,350 in September of 2020. It was increased to 1,540 in '21 and this year's hike is to 2,100. The rent increased by over 1/2 an apartment, but we were still going to be in the same 1,000 sq ft of living space we'd been in. Nothing was improving but the money in the corporation's pockets. The management is just average, albeit not always the best at professionalism and could definitely scale back on the number of emails they send out. Maintenance was a bit slow. Both times we needed something required several follow up calls on our part to get them to come fix things. The second time was the worst because our ceiling was leaking in the bathroom and it took 3 days for them to come fix it. I rated the experience at 2 because it's fair to expect the rent to increase a little every year, but these increases were ridiculous. The apartment was decent but definitely not luxury.

I would like to thank the property manager Jennifer in helping with an incident today. She went above and beyond in taking care of the situation when we were locked out. I also want to thank Donna for her help. A big thank you to Jim in maintenance for quickly responding and getting the door unlocked (I think he’s a magician lol). He was very nice and professional. Again thank you to all of you for taking care of this. I would also like to say how much Jennifer is appreciated. I’ve lived here for a few years and she is hands down the best property manager we’ve had. She’s always nice, professional and willing to do whatever she can to take care of any issues, questions or problems.
