Staff was nice. However I just don't think the amount if food you get is worth the price. They need to get some fryers in there some fried dishes etc to go with those expensive smoothies.

Updating my review. Thoroughly impressed w how much better they are along their smoothies. Thank you for working previous issues. Now I don't have to drive to Midlothian turnpike, to get my smoothies. Hope you all stay open a little bit later like most ts restaurants. Update to 5 stars when this changes.

This is the only Tropical Smoothie in the area that makes a great lunch and smoothie. The Chester, Busy Street, Westchester and Commonwealth 20 locations leave me underwhelmed with messy wraps and bland smoothies. I come here at least once a week for lunch, sometimes twice. The same ladies have been working here forever and are always friendly. They know me by name and I don't even have to say it when I walk in. They just bring my food right out when they see me. Guess you could say I'm a bit of a regular. They deserve a raise or at least a tip option, both in store and on the app like some other locations offer. Keep up the great work because it doesn't go unnoticed. I highly recommend this location!

The only problem here are the COVID protocol (cannot go inside). I was super happy with the fresh, hand made burgers and fresh toppings and fantastic price. The fries too are super crispy and delicious. I'll be back!
