I'm not a patient but have a family member that is. In the past two weeks they have called, texted and left voicemails for 10 straight days with their counselor who has yet to respond. Not sure why the counselor seems to think this is acceptable. A month ago when she actually answered her phone the first thing she said was "You have 5 minutes I'm extremely busy, it might be better if you called me back" So basically if you have an issue you're better off to resolve it on your own?? Like many others have said the UA chain of custody is not being followed according to the SAMHSA guidelines. If your UA sample reads negative on the 8 or 12 panel container why are they still being sent to a lab for further analysis? Why waste the money on a 12 panel drug test? Why not use a clear container if they are being sent to the lab regardless of the results. Also why are patients being told they cannot get a copy of their test results. Doesn't HIPPA apply? The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes individual rights over their protected health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, to direct a covered entity to transmit to a third party an electronic copy of their protected health information in an electronic health record, and to request corrections. This is not the way to help someone in recovery! ***UPDATE*** Since I last posted the "family member" I mentioned has been assigned a new counselor based on their original counselor taking another position within the company. The new counselor so far has been a marked improvement over the last one. I would like to add that the previous counselor was not a bad person or it wasn't that they weren't qualified to do the job, what I believe to be the issue is their individual patient load was larger than what they were able to handle. I also think it's worth mentioning the insane amount of work that Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. went through just to receive a certification to open the Pulaski Clinic and maintain compliance with the opioid treatment standards set forth by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) the governing body that oversees all clinics that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD) in opioid treatment programs (OTPs) in conjunction with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) just to name a few that are at the Federal level. There's also the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and others at the State level and let's not forget the local agencies that are also involved in this never ending network of agencies that make the rules and regulations that pertain to these types of treatment centers. All of the above can be found in CFR > Title 42 > Chapter I > Subchapter A > Part 8: Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders.

This place is horrible, I’ve been coming here for years and never gave this place or staff any problems , passed all my DT’s and came in for bottle checks . After a incident that happened to me and my wife and the way the DOCTOR AND DOSING NURSES treated us . Im leaving this place and going somewhere else. And that’s another issue I’ve put in for a transfer of my medical papers last week , and they still have not done it for me . I’ve asked everyday to please do so and it’s been a week and still have not done it . Not only that but the way they run this place is awful all the seats in the place are completely stained with god knows what and nasty one even has a dang cigarette burn in it ?? And don’t get me started on bathrooms . If I was a women , I would bring a bottle of bleach with me everyday just in case of dt and spray the seat before I set down . It’s worse than a 7-11 bathroom In Baltimore city and im not even exaggerating. I was in here two days ago when I guy came in STATING HE HAD SCABIES on his arms and his arms was bleeding and he quoted he just failed for TB , and instead of the staff or nurses removing him or making him wear protective suit . they told him to take a seat where other ppl are and told him to wait for his consular!! I feel sorry for who ever set in that seat after him . And there are MANY witnesses to this . This is how much this place cares about patients. I have called the main PINNACLE COMPLAINT LINE AND HAVE MULTIPLE INVESTIGATION NUMBERS IVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT HOW DIRTY THIS PLACE IS AND HOW THERE TREATING PPL AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OR SAID ABOUT IT . All PINNACLE HAS TO DO IS SEND SOMEBODY ON A RANDOM DAY AND THEY WOULD SEE HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS . READ THE REVIEWS PPL ARE LEAVING , LOOK AT THE REVIEWS OF OTHER CLINIC IN THE AREA AND SEE HOW MANY PPL HAS TRANSFERRED FROM PILASKI MEDICAL OVER THE DOCTOR , OVER THE BATHROOMS EXT AND HOW THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED!! IF YALL DONT DO SOMETHING SOON I CANT SEE THIS PLACE STAYING OPENED TOO MUCH LONGER .

It really depends on the amount of take-home bottles you have if it is just for a weekend or a day you'll get them right before your day or the weekend if you have a week worth of take-home bottles You should get new take home bottles then. Hooe this helps
Yes ma'am and Suboxone clinic ether one. AND GOODLUCK with your RECOVERY!!!!!
Yes it is also used for pain management if you have chronic pain. However it is just as addictive as pain pills if not more.
Yes,call them to get appointment. They will lower you down from suboxone and then start you on methadone.
Unless it's changed (pretty sure it hasn't)its 14$
No they r still open
If you go in on a Monday for prescreen you will get dose then to but u will be there for 5 to 6 hours
There is posted signs saying that they do with a 24 hr notice
You dont get take homes for suboxone you have to dose at the clinic every day. But with methadone you have to have 4 clean drug screens for your first take home bottle and then you just have to stay clean to get more and to keep them.
If you miss more than 3 days you usually got to start over with the whole 4 hour ordeal, so show up on the 3rd day, and if you talk to your counselor and have a good reason you should be fine
They accept all Medicaid as long as addiction and recovery treatment services (ARTS) is included in your coverage. As far as I know all Medicaid, except for the family planning coverage, includes ARTS. Hope this helps! 😃
6 to 830thanks for the reminder
A couple of days
It's takes some adjusting but they are good at working with you during your adjustment period
Physical and meet your counselor and tskevyour starting dose
Ashley, You can fail your drug screen during intake for methadone. That's all I failed for when i done intake and thhey didn't say anything. They go by what's in your system and your tolerance / dosage of different drugs to get a better idea of what to start you on.. They completed the intake process just like they would anyone else. And even tho i only had methadone in my system during intake they dont count it as ur first clean drug screen either lol
