Unprofessional. Some individuals may need to stay longer, perhaps 90 days inRTC. Willow Springs moves people in and out due to insurance rather than what a patient may need. My primary counselor did not help in ways she should have helped which I understood due to lack of time. There are caring people. If your person needs in depth treatment this is not the place for them.

If you want to experience a nightmare this is the place for you it should be shut down

There are too many things that make this place special; the staff, the programs, the counselor, and especially the others in recovery. They welcomed me and made me at ease as soon as I walked in. You have complete freedom through your recovery. Great staff to help you through and problems. I would give them 1000 stars.

This is an amazing facility with a well thought out recovery program. It is very structured, but still allows the clients personal time and activities. As a client myself, I felt well-treated, like a human being - not like I was being punished or a criminal. I highly recommend Willow Springs as a very professional, safe recovery center.
