First off this is not is a bad place Dr. Shank is fair and and listens, there’s a few others that are absolutely great, the only problem for the last few months is schedules, and mistaking files for others files, I was told I had no insurance thought I cleared it up. They say they had the wrong person next day the day of my apt I get a call saying again I have no insurance, so I called my insurance to make double sure I do have insurance my name was mixed up with another with a similar name, this is also happening with drug tests names are being mixed up. As I said in the beginning Dr. Shank and a few of the staff there great, however there are a certain few that have no right working there.... I’m going to call corporate today, my advise to you keep all voicemails record everything. As I did to show corporate how incompetent the person doing schedules and handing out files actually are.
