The worst customer service. I walk in no one opens their mouth to speak. I get to the counter no one says how may I help you and when I did say hello no one responded back. Maybe it was this shift because I’ve been here before and they were very helpful and friendly.

Hey Malory, The UPS Store doesn't have a drop box. There is one conveniently located off Krause road right on the other side of beach road from The UPS Store shopping center, directly across from the post office.
Yes! Just bring in your paperwork and they will weigh it and then file into secure locked shred bins that will be picked up by a company called Iron Mountain that is a brand leader in secure shredding services. Pro tip: Every Second Saturday is Half off Shredding here!
