I took my vehicle in to get it repaired. We were told, based on the problem described, the most likely cause and given a quote. We returned later to discover the problem was fixed but we were shocked at the bill. You see, upon closer inspection, they discovered the problem was something simpler and less expensive and they adjusted the cost accordingly. We paid hundreds of dollars less and they were friendly and professional as well as honest.
