They never answer the phones. Website shows like they have 5 apartments available. The status never changes…I waited almost 2 month before applying and the same apartments were available. It seems like they are making an additional income from applicants. Beware and look elsewhere

Seemed like it would have been a nice place to live. Must say the manager comes off as rude when trying to discuss available units. Seemed to be bothered by asking. When I call no one wants to answer but they can respond in an unprofessional way. Keeps saying they have no units available and to check to website but yet the website says they have units available for move in now. Will just have to keep looking around I guess :(

We don't have 3 bedroom units. The units we have are 1/1, 2/1, 2/1.5 and 2/2. The rent is based on your income, so you need to put in an application, and get income qualified to learn your rental amount. You can apply online or in person. You can also call the property for more information.
