Have been here almost 4 years. Can't wait to move out, plan to in August when my lease is up. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Must say I have never had a problem with maintenance. They show up the same day I call. But everything is here is negative. Hall's are disgusting, the people living here throw there trash on the ground and sidewalks, u never know what your going to step in. Also a lot of concrete steps are cracked. A friend of mine almost fell when one broke when he stepped on it. Stay away from here.

I am very pleased with my apartment. I was a little scared of the previous reviews but I have had no issues for 7 months. The office staff are wonderful and friendly and the maintenance guys are reliable and knowledgeable. I have really enjoyed living at the complex and would recommend it. My neighbors are pleasant and we all take pride in our community.

Roachs everywhere!!!!!!!! rude staff and maintenance never fix anything only drive around on their golf cars and smoke weed!! Missed up from management on down!!!
