A good friend has been living at Savannah Manor for a number of months now. The staff is very understanding of his mood swings and dealing with his Dementia. Staff is very attentive of his needs, and are always more than friendly.

Our mother has been living there for several years and the staff has always treated us like family there. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive to my mother's needs. We had our mother in another facility that was suddenly shut down and all of its residents left having to find suitable facilities to move into, Savannah Manor and their staff stepped up and welcome many of those residents into their facility and graciously helped the family member get the residents settled quickly.

We recently had to take my grandfather out of this poorly run facility due to a bad fall that was not reported to me. I went to drop off snacks for him and asked if I could see him and was told he had been sent to the hospital days ago. Then they lied about it when they saw how furious I was to learn this and told me they mixed up the resident and that he wasn’t in the hospital. I called LRMC to learn that my dad was in fact admitted days prior and was not doing well after the fall. I was speechless. We transferred him to a rehab facility and he will be going to another ALF in the villages when he is done with treatment. Days later I received a call from the office asking me where he was in attempt to track him down. They cannot keep track of their residents it’s horrific. But they are master scam artists at covering up their bad business. Complete neglect I should have saw the signs earlier hearing previous stories about this place and seeing their state deficiencies related to resident care but they got me with their admission pitch Update: 6/8/21 It is a complete shame but not surprising that management would question the legitimacy of me recalling the location in which my grandfather resided before taking accountability. I am not surprised you do not have records of this incident because you could not reproduce them to me either.
