TBH Wish there was a no star option. Facility does not know how to prioritize and delegate patient care. They will let you let you die in lobby/waiting before being seen 😒

I went to Centra Care Leesburg, Fl with my kids, first thing they did was perform Covid 19 test and it was positive, the doctor Savita Saini Joseph barely check you up my Son, he has all Neumonía Symptoms and I told her, she didn’t listen the lungs, check the breathing or request an X-Ray. Where is the Doctor oath? Why a person wants to be a Doctor if do not want to have a contact with a sick patient? Is dishonest, barely check 3 patients and received full payment for a job you didn’t perform. It was very unprofessional. This is the second time that doctor sees me in that facility. Usually the doctors are God’s helpers.

Do not recommend. We made an appointment and we still waited like 1 hour and 30 min. There is literally only one provider and I think it is unacceptable especially when people made an appointment because of work. Also that the referral given to me didn’t stated MRI. Like what she told me. Now I am unable to make an appointment with the hospital no need to go to it again and pay another fee to get a new referral…

I declined to be weighed (as is my right by law) due to an almost two decade long history of struggling with anorexia. I explained to the technician that if I did in fact need medications that were dosed by weight, I would be willing to be blindly weighed. The technician adamantly denied me my right to decline to be weighed, and forced me on to the scale by implying health services would be denied otherwise. I asked not to be told my weight, and while I was not told my weight at that moment, I was later handed a packet with my weight and BMI at the top of the first page. If this were earlier in my recovery this would have absolutely lead to relapse. Please educate your staff on patient right and eating disorders- and do better.
