Great place and location, lots of things for children and teens to do and they have a large pool plus a area for small children. Overall a wonderful place to go to!!

Right now we only have Men's Basketball leagues, but we do offer lunch time drop in that's co-ed. We hope to bring back a women's league in the future.

The pool hours are posted on their website. The pool is also used by the local youth swim team, so there is a lot of pool sharing that happens. I don't think its unreasonable, but depends on schedule. The pool, gym and fitness room are all covered by the monthly membership.
Joel is correct. There are 2 parking lots, the one at the front has gates and is for the rec center. The rest of the parking area is used for the high school
You need to be a member or pay for a day pass. They have special pricing for residents of West Sac to encourage people to come and use the facility
