Worst store ever. Always out of stock on normal products. Produce is old and there getting full price. Just go to Yorkville and save frustration. Can never get basic stuff on my list. Maybe new management in the last few months? Looks like the store is going ou t business but they’re not, I don’t think so anyway..

Used self check out today to purchase the 4 items I was buying and felt profiled by the check out attendant as she hovered over me the entire time, pretending like she was admiring my son in the shopping cart. There were 2 other customers checking out at the time that she did not hover over. Hmm I wonder why not? Felt extremely uncomfortable.

Great deals, friendly staff. I spoke to Chet the manager and Bob the manager and both were beyond friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. This will now be the grocery store I will continue to visit. Than you Jewel Osco on Orchard.
