With having one of the (probably) last not updated/refurbished apartments, I expect some maintenance issues. On Labor day, which is a holiday for our Management and maintenance team, they responded pretty quickly to our emergency call. Raul was able to quickly identify the issue we were having with our circuit breaker and repair it. He then fixed another minor problem just to put my mind at ease. (Having electrical issues in an apartment was giving me anxiety about catching the whole building on fire.) Raul was friendly, understanding and very courteous. A major plus for the maintenance team at the Summit.

I have lived in this condominium for 6 months, I really like it here, the location is very good and whenever I need some support with the office I am promptly attended to by Jaison Gonzalez, he always gives full attention to my needs and gives the proper treatment, he speaks english, spanish and i understand portuguese too
