I don’t know where to even begin smh !!!! I have lived here for over 3 years and when I say the worse apartments and mangement ever to mankind . They never answer the phone and they will steal and take your money my apartment I lived in was a two bedroom two bath they never fixed anything in there like ever !!!!! An for me to had lived there for three years that’s a shame finally I called code enforcement on them which made them finally want to fix everything after the fact I had already decided to leave . After I left it took them forever to send me back my deposit and it wasn’t even the amount we had talked about lord don’t ever ever move here waste of time and money !!!!!!!!

I have lived there for over a year I am only with three months left on my lease I have lost my job in the beginning month of October and had November rent coming due with no way to pay it so I applied for rental assistance program November 12th and notified the apartments current office manager that I completed it and have been waiting on them to do their part so that I can get help and now knowing that they have a closing on the 7th of December to sale the property I feel that they’re neglecting the tenants due to the new buyout and I’m not pleased will be seeking legal help!! Hence after posting this I have read some of the reviews to find the person that should be doing my rental assistance have yet to do but can sit and respond WOW blown away Picture following AND may I add Tomasha was best as office manager Hands Down I hated the property before and now after her ready to move!!!

My boyfriend and I just moved in, Racquel was so helpful and kind, she answered all the questions I had.The property manager is also kind.The place was clean and it looks like we have a new fridge and stove.definently would recommend this place so far.

A few hours after my orginal review I received a call and a apology for the inconvenience which is all I could ask for and now we're moving along the process. I understand technical difficulties occure but I genuinely appreciate Jennifer take charge of my concerns and putting them at ease.
