First, Stacey Rivera is absolutely amazing as a Primary Care provider. I recently moved back to FL after almost 10 years away. Finding primary care was horrid until I came to Clermont Health Park. Amazing place. Amazing service. And I cannot speak highly enough about Stacey.

Today was my first visit at this location. I was very impressed with this facility as it is very new and clean. I felt very comfortable there and once I walked in I was immediately taken care of. The check in process was very smooth since I completed my pre registration online. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new PCP, basic imaging/labs or speciality doctors:

this facility was very easy to get to, as it was my first visit here a few weeks ago. After returning back to the facility I was very impressed by their accommodations and making everything very accessible for the patients there. I am looking forward to going back there next time I am in need of any medical attention!

Hi Darlene! The new Clermont Health Park will open on Tuesday, January 11th. It will be home to Primary Care+, diagnostic imaging, lab, sports medicine and rehab, sleep studies, and specialty medicine such as cardiology, endocrinology, digestive care, urology, and urogynecology. The Health Park is open 7 days a week, offers early and late appointments, and online scheduling and registration. You can learn more or request an appointment at ClermontHealthPark.com.
Yes, we do CT, MRI, Xrays and US.
