I love One Yoga so much! Gina and her team have created a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment to grow in your yoga practice. I particularly enjoy the full moon gong bath every month and the special workshops and classes they have. :)

My favorite yoga studio! All the instructors are excellent and make you feel welcomed. They offer a variety of classes from Yin yoga to hot yoga to TRX to aerial yoga. The studio has wonderful energy and I have loved ever class I've taken.

I'm a college softball coach and took our team here for Hot Power Yoga. Gina was amazing and our team said it was an experience they will remember! Highly recommend this place and Gina. We will be back again next year!!!
