Be warned, hang tight to work order receipts. My husband and I wanted to give small business our service. We dropped off my wedding band that had an anniversary ring attached to it. I asked if he could do the tiny bead work back on the wedding band if he separated them. He said yes he had done that many times. I lost my receipt and in turn lost my rings (the wedding band and anniversary ring that my husband got me the year he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.)

I went here for jewelry repair. The prices were fair and the turn-around time was quick. I’d absolutely recommend them.

I had the best experience at Renaissance yesterday! Both gentlemen were kind and welcoming. Robby showed me everything and answered all my questions! I had the honor of seeing many of Robby’s original pieces and am proud to say I now own one! He’s a true artist who loves this town and his family! He gave me rose quartz for my daughter’s! I already can’t wait to go back!! I’m saving my dollars now because there are SO many beautiful things! I was there a couple hours and still couldn’t really take it all in! I will cherish these pieces I got forever! 😍🥰 Oh on top of all of that. I observed them give some cash to a man in need that came in. Seems like something they do often. I was touched to see that. A local business giving back to our community in that way! I couldn’t recommend shopping here more! Check it out or stop in and buy a gift card for a loved one! You won’t regret it! ❤️ Ps In case you’re wondering, Robby just pulled his mask down really quick for me for the picture! So I can add that it’s a very safe place to shop right now! Another added bonus! 🙂

Was quoted $45 for a ring size down from 9.5 to 8. When I came to pick it up he tried charging me a 35% markup from that. Said it was for rhodium plating, which we never discussed/approved. After having him measure the ring, it was still too large by a quarter so I needed to wait another week for them to correct it. When I came back the 2nd time, he still wanted to charge me the extra $25 but this time he said it was for "profit", not rhodium plating. I know things are hard for everyone in the pandemic but this seems so predatory. If your price is $70 for a ring re-size down….say that. I only went with them because they quoted the lowest and now I know why.
