Jeff and Mike helped me out tremendously. This was the first time I ever financed a car. I had been looking for this specific car, an Acura ILX (a spec package). I found it online in Gainesville which is an hour and a half from me. I looked at the pictures online, did research on a fair price for this vehicle, and decided to give them a call as it was fairly priced. I bought a 2021 Acura ILX (A-Spec package) with one previous owner with 20,882 miles. Even got an unlimited mile - 6 year full power train warranty. Jeff helped me over the phone before I decided to make the trip down there. Mike gave me a call and told me about financing as well as warranty options. Once I decided I had wanted it, they were able to get me financed through Capital One. I did find some scratches on the front bumper, but I was given in writing that they will take care of it. They offered to take care of it then, but obviously it would take a few days. Unfortunately I was unable to do that at the time because I needed the car for the week as we were about to go on vacation. Whole process was pretty smooth. They were nice and helped me through everything. As I said, it was my first time going through any type of dealership. Usually I try and stay far away from any type of dealers. Since buying the vehicle, I’ve had to call Mike 3 different times. Each time, I got an answer and my questions also answered. If you’re like me and look at reviews before going somewhere, take mine into consideration and give these guys a shot. They had a ton of nice cars on their lot, and have helped me in every aspect so far. Will also update when my paint gets done on the bumper!
