We require that all customers wear a facemask to enter the showroom, we will provide one for you at no charge if you forget yours. Our security guard also offers hand sanitizer upon entering the store. All staff wear masks, and we frequently sanitize the showroom and high traffic areas. Curbside pickup is available by shopping on our website if you're uncomfortable coming inside.

I would take it to a Rolex authorized service center. Closest is Underwood Jewelers in Jax, fl. Or House of Time in Gainesville. Not authorized but I've heard good things. I like oaks for buying watches, just never met the jeweler.
