Don't bother booking an appoinment on line there is no point. I walked in with a couple sets of kids waiting it states show up to your appointment 10 minutes early that i booked online. Then i ask if all these people have appointments. i was told we really don't have sppoinments she said it's first come first serve. I said then why did i book an appointment. I was told it was just to pre register. Then say that... don't make me wait until an appointment time when i could have been waiting when they opened with MY SICK CHILD I work in the medical field I have a high standards when it comes to care and my child... don't mislead People please.

Called to find out if they took 20 year old and if they could diagnose strep(as was our assumption). Thankfully they took her (piercings, tattoos and all) without one side complaint/comment. The staff was amazing!!! After waiting outside (we wanted to respect the little ones in case she was contagious) at the front desk, Stephanie was swift with paperwork and online info. The same for Milly, who took vitals and listened to symptoms. Milly, asked so many relevant questions which I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to mention. Then Sarah came in. Talk about compassionate, empathic and an amazing listener! She was thorough and asked several more questions relevant to my daughters illness. This place has an exceptional team and albeit new, worth going to if your child is sick. Often times with a young adult, doctors are condescending and snide and assume the worst. We didn’t get that here. Stephanie just called to confirm pharmacy, and was so friendly! This place-It’s where you need to go.

The stars given are only for the really nice front office/medical assistant- she was great, but it went down hill once we were finished working with her. The visit and exam on my child was subpar- the exam was no more than 5 minutes. I'm not going into specifics (too long to describe) other than I left with the same knowledge I went in with and felt rushed (with 1 other patient in the office, but closing early). This was on a Saturday- by Monday I took my child to their regular pediatrician and left with multiple diagnoses and prescriptions. I feel if tests were run and/or a better (at least longer) examination, my child could have received the proper medication earlier it would've helped my sick child to start healing earlier. I don't run to urgent cares for every little thing because if its just a cold or bug, I don't want to expose my kids to something worse. This wasn't getting better and I wanted my child to get some relief as soon as possible. Also, I have been in the medical practice field for many years- I have much grace for healthcare facilities especially in these times. I'm not okay with being charged for a 5 minute, subpar urgent care visit in a place that had only 1 (maybe 2 to be generous) patients.

I took my two year old here for constipation. I explained that my family doctor had said if she didn’t go before Sunday to bring her in. The doctor completely dismissed me said there wasn’t anything they could do. She was extremely unprofessional and never even introduced herself. She then belittled me for not being able to fully give her a suppository at home because she is TWO and was hysterical and kicking. I would NEVER bring my child here again. I took her to a different urgent care where they were able to relieve her constipation and be helpful.

I did . It takes 3-5 days. U can also download the app healthy together and put your info in. when results are ready they will post there. Also when Dr has results they will call also
I just walked in both times I were there because I needed urgent care for my child. If you had more time though it might be proper to call first.
