It's an older movie theater. The place is really starting to show its age. Staff was friendly. Not very clean. I don't remember exact price, but regular popcorn was over $8. Regular soda was over $8. Seats were comfortable. Many people using cell phones during movie, very annoying. Multiple machines broken. Some soda machines out of ice.

Huge theater that is well kept in order with friendly workers. The best part are the seats though!!! The movie rooms are pretty big and have the luxurious seats!!! You are watching a movie with a huge screen in a chair similar to a lazy boy but so much better!!!! The best theater I've ever gone into. That says a lot!!!!

Seats are comfortable and restrooms are clean. Location is easy to get to and the Yard House next door is great for a pre-movie meal.

I took my kids to see Jurassic World Dominion last night. We went to the 7:45 pm showing. I knew it was later, but I hoped the boys could stay up through it. My kids fell asleep in about 40 minutes in. 🤦♀️ The theatre manager was so nice that when I told him about the kids they gave me 2 free tickets to use to bring the kids back during a daytime show to see the movie again. I can’t say enough about how nice and kind the people are who work there at Burlington. Definitely the theatre I will go back to.

You need to amc app to see seats you've purchased. You can see rows and count right to left for seat

As detailed on the Yellow Ticket itself, you must present the ticket at the box office in order to redeem it. They are not valid for redemption online.

I would think that's up the theatre's policy. They let you cancel your order right before the show, online. So, it's now 7 days past...lol 🤔
See if you can pay with the gift certificate when purchasing the ticket online on their website. If you can pay with it then yes, you can reserve a seat.

Have you checked your spam folder yet? If it's not there, wait a bit just in case they're still being sent. If you still haven't received them after that, check your order online again, and contact AMC online or by phone to confirm.
You can see current ticket prices at any time, they're posted on their local AMC Burlington website, which lists all movies currently showing and available seats. You select seats for every theatre there so important to do that before you go, especially for movies likely to be near full.
If the show time has not passed yet, you can visit their guest service desk in the theatre and they will happily correct the issue or issue a refund. If the show time has passed, they will more than likely be able to accommodate you with tickets to another show, provided there is seating available.
Look on line . The movies showing are listed with times and if you choose you can purchase tickets.
In the past AMC Burlington has had difficulty showing 3D movies. More than once i have received a pass due to tech difficulties. If it isn't out of your area try the AMC at Libertry Tree Mall they have an Imax as well. Never had a problem seeing 3D in this theatre.
I have never had a red ticket, the same restrictions apply to the AMC passes.In addition you cant use passes for new releases for 2weeks.
